From Västervik, Tjustbygdens sparbank reached out to Arknat and invited us. During 3 occations in summers of 2023 and 2024 students in achitecture and engineering will design and build 9 unique places in nature along local trails around Västervik.

A UNIQUE CO-OPERATION
ARKNAT Västervik is a collaboration between many different partners who all support Arknat in best possible and personal way.
Some sponsor us with essential building material and tools like Cramo Västervik,
XL-BYGG-Materialmännen, Essve and SETRA providing the wood.
With active expertise from Sweco architects and engineers the students get guidance in design methods and wood dimension tools so their concepts come to life and will last. The local savings bank Tjustbygdens sparbank supports us and with their investment in Arknat we can creating new places in nature for public use.
We can also continue give future architects and engineers a hands on building experience, very valueable in their coming careers.
As you see there are many partners involved. Thanks to them Arknat can be Arknat and our visions becomes reality.
